Clean room
High-tech industries, whether, microelectronics, precision engineering and manufacturing of drugs, can’t be done without a certain class of clean room cleanliness as complex building envelopes, floor, ceiling and engineering systems.
As
an exclusive representative in the construction of «clean rooms» RUSNANOCLIMATE uses walling German factory ILKAZELL (founded in
1951). At
all stages of project implementation in the construction are involved
the German chief-engineers conducting an additional quality
control.
Clean room - the room where is controlled the counting concentration of aerosol particles, and which is constructed and used so as to minimize the flow, generation and accumulation of particles inside the room, and in which, if necessary, are controlled another parameters such as temperature, humidity and pressure.
The basic principle of cleanliness is to establish in the clean room an excessive pressure in relation to adjacent premises. This is ensured by creating an imbalance of air in it, that is the difference between the amount of supply and exhaust air. The quantity of intake air should exceed an exhausted air at least on 20 % provided that the operational is in the center of building, and not less than 30 % at presence of glassing in the room that supposes infiltration. It provides movement of air from clean operational in adjacent rooms with lower degree of cleanliness in process of decrease of aseptic requirements. The «groups of clean buildings» in its turn consist of a series of clean room control system and air purification.
The creation of clean rooms can be divided into the following main approaches:
1. Determination of the separation zones with different classes of purity. Development of planning decisions of clean rooms.
2. Formation of air streams. Maintenance of necessary characteristics of an unidirectional stream of air.
3. Maintenance of balance of the air exchange, necessary share of external air, and for premises of classes 5 ISO — 9 ISO — frequency rates of air exchange.
4. Construction of ventilation and air-conditioning system.
5. Application HEPA and ULPA filters and a multistage filtration of air.
6. Providing of necessary pressure difference (if it is required).
7. Working out of effective design decisions, use of appropriate materials and the equipment. A correct choice of the contractor.
8. Building and installation according to «the cleanliness report».
9. The basic idea of the report of cleanliness consists that it is impossible to achieve high-class cleanliness without observance of requirements of cleanliness at building (the pollution introduced, saved up and untidy at building, it is impossible to remove completely in the constructed clean room by its preparation for start-up. The volume and the maintenance of the report of cleanliness depend on a class of a clean room).
10. Control of parameters of air: concentration of particles, concentration of microorganisms (if necessary), one-orientations and speeds of an unidirectional stream of air, pressure difference, integrity HEPA and ULPA filters, time of restoration of parameters of a clean room, etc.
11. Correct operation of clean rooms, including requirements to clothes, an order of clearing, disinfection and so forth.
12. Personnel training, execution of requirements of personal hygiene by it, correct behavior, disguise and so forth
13. Certification of the project and the clean room at all stages of its creation.
In a general view clean rooms include following base elements:
1. Protecting wall designs (a skeleton, deaf and glazed wall panels, doors, windows);
2. Tight panel and cassette ceilings with the built in raster fixtures;
3. Antistatic floors;
4. System of preparation of air (air supply, exhaust and recirculation ventilating device, unit air intake, supply air to the final filter, regulation air devices, sensor equipment and elements of automatics, etc.);
5. Control system of engineering systems of clean rooms;
6. Air sluices;
7. Transfer windows;
8. Filter-ventilation modules for creation a clean zones in clean rooms.
